Strawberries & Cream Cookies

1. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Mix in egg and vanilla.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
4. Add dry ingredients to wet and mix until just combined.
5. Fold in strawberries and white chocolate chips.
6. If dough feels dry, add milk or cream 1 tbsp at a time until soft and scoopable.
7. Chill 30–60 minutes.
8. Scoop into 10 large dough balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
9. Bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes (11 minutes is perfect).
10. Let cool slightly and enjoy.
