Cosmic Brownies (Dye-Free Little Debbie Copycat)

Preheat oven to 325°F + line an 8×8 pan with parchment. Mix butter + sugar. Add eggs + vanilla. Stir in cocoa, flour, cornstarch, salt. Spread in pan. Bake 18–22 min (center just set). Bake time can vary based on oven, altitude, and pan. Cool completely (I like placing them in the freezer for a bit). Heat cream over chocolate chips (30 sec), stir smooth + add vanilla. Spread on brownies + top with dye-free sprinkles. Chill in fridge/freezer until firm, then slice.
