Brown Sugar Cinnamon Scones

Preheat oven to 400°F. Whisk together dry ingredients. Grate in frozen butter and gently mix until crumbly. Mix wet ingredients separately, then combine with dry until a dough forms. Shape into a disc, cut into 8 triangles, and place on a cookie sheet in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. Remove, transfer to a baking sheet, and brush with heavy cream. Bake 18–22 minutes until golden. Whisk glaze ingredients until smooth. Drizzle over scones while still slightly warm.
